Is everything really made in-house?
Yes! We design and manufacture everything ourselves—from PCB boards and firmware to mobile apps and cloud infrastructure. This gives us complete control over quality, security, and the ability to rapidly add features based on customer feedback.
Does it work without internet?
Yes! All core automations run locally on the switches themselves. Internet is only needed for remote access and voice assistants. Your schedules, scenes, and automations continue working even if your internet goes down.
What happens during power or Wi-Fi issues?
During power outages, switches retain all settings and resume normal operation when power returns. Our Multi-RF protocol doesn't rely on Wi-Fi, so your smart home keeps working even if your router fails. Manual control is always available.
Can I start small and expand?
Absolutely. Start with a single room or even a single switch. Our modular system lets you add more switches, sensors, and features over time. There's no need for a central hub or major upfront investment.
How is privacy handled?
Your data stays in your home. Core functions work locally without cloud connectivity. When you enable remote access, data is encrypted end-to-end. We never sell your data or usage patterns to third parties.
Which voice platforms are supported? What's coming?
Currently supports Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Apple Siri for basic commands. Coming soon: AI Voice Chat powered by ChatGPT for natural conversations, intelligent suggestions, and contextual control.
Who installs it and how long does it take?
Installation is done by certified electricians familiar with our system. A typical home takes 4-8 hours including switch replacement, sensor placement, and app configuration. We can recommend installers in your area.
What about compatibility with existing systems?
Our switches replace standard wall switches and work with your existing wiring. They're compatible with most light types (LED, incandescent, halogen) and can control shutters, fans, and other electrical devices up to 16A.
